Group Fitness Class

These Group Fitness Classes are a perfect tool to either begin your fitness journey or enhance it! These classes are designed to maximize your workout (working smarter, not harder!) combining strength training with a dash of cardio work! From beginner to advanced, each class can be modified to suit your level of comfort!


Private Training

Private Training with a certified trainer, tailored to your specific health concerns, while incorporating your unique fitness and wellness goals! These sessions are always one-on-one. Private Training is a key component in learning how to work with your body to develop healthy, long-term habits.

Melissa Roth is a seasoned fitness professional with a passion for making health and wellness accessible to all. With years of experience in the health and fitness field, Melissa has worked in various settings, from large corporate gyms to small independent studios. Her unique perspective stems from her background in sociology, where she majored in Women and Gender studies, further enhancing her understanding of the intersection of fitness and identity.

As a fully certified personal trainer, Melissa has helped countless individuals transform their lives through fitness. Her own journey includes competing in bodybuilding competitions and achieving milestones as a half, full, and ultra marathoner. She’s also a dedicated yoga instructor, embracing a holistic approach to wellness.

Melissa’s mission has always been to bridge the gap in how people communicate with their bodies, emphasizing that fitness is for everybody. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a proud mother of three daughters, a testament to her commitment to balance and well-being in both her personal and professional life.

Kathy Weaver is a certified Group Fitness Instructor with over 25 years of experience teaching various fitness classes. She is a certified Level I Trainer with the Ontario Women’s Hockey Association and currently is the trainer for her daughter’s hockey team, the Senior A ,Brock Jr Badger’s.
